• Claims up to $250.00 will be processed immediately, conditional upon Westfund receiving the original receipts necessary to support the claim within 7 days of submitting this claim.

• Claims over $250.00 will be processed within 24 hours of our receipt of your original accounts and receipts for the services provided.

• For any medical procedure after 1st July 2007 please refer to our Access Gap information page for further details on all medical claims.
  For any procedure prior to 1st July 2007 the medical account must be submitted to Medicare before Westfund can process any claim.
