Westfund always values the input it receives from Members and indeed focuses strongly on catering for the needs of its membership.

In our endeavour to keep our covers and service relevant in the changing health insurance environment, Westfund from time to time commissions detailed member research.

Our annual Member Satisfaction Survey was conducted during February 2010. The response to this survey was very productive with a record number of Members completing the survey with encouraging results.
