As we move toward a return to business as usual and our Care Centres reopen, we want you to know we’ve been working to ensure we’re ready for the future, whatever that may look like.
That’s why we’ve worked hard to build our digital support features, meaning we’re ready to support you, your way. Whether that’s face-to-face member service, claiming through our app or a friendly voice on the phone, we’re making sure that we’re here to help.

As a members own health fund, we’re here for people, not profits.

Genuine care and support is what drives us, and continues to see our members stick with us through the good times and the bad. In recent weeks, our Australian-based call-centre staff have picked up the phone and made a call to some of our most vulnerable members in the community. It’s small gestures like this that we hope can make a big difference.
