COVID-19 Member Support Hub

Latest updates and helpful insights

Supporting you, your way.

As COVID-19 continues to evolve and impact our lives in unexpected ways, we’re supporting our members by extending our support and financial relief measures until the end of 2020.

We know some are facing difficult financial decisions, which is why we’ve extended our COVID-19 Financial Hardship suspension program. The program will run until the end of the year. You can learn more about this program below.

We’ve also extended the ability for members to claim for virtual consultations for psychology, physio, occupational therapy and a range of other allied health services until at least the end of the year.

Here for people, not profits

We’re proud to have put people before profits for more than six decades, and this year is no exception.

Our Care Centres remain open across NSW and Queensland with all government recommended safety procedures in place. For members that prefer to get in touch by phone or online, we’ve expanded our digital support options to help you when and where you need us.

And, we’re continuing to monitor developments across Australia to ensure we’re doing all we can to meet our members’ needs today, while preparing for what the future may hold.

Paused Premiums

We paused premium increases for six months from 1 April. New premiums will come into effect on 1 October. Members will receive their notifications in the coming days.
