What is the COVID-19 Financial Hardship Suspension?
We’re offering members experiencing financial hardship due to the ongoing disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic premium relief through our Financial Hardship Suspension program.
Temporary suspension of your membership (for up to six months) means you are able to retain your membership and resume paying your premiums when your situation improves. You will not be able to claim during this period however once you reactivate your membership, you will not need to re-serve waiting periods and can claim immediately on the benefits covered by your level of cover.
