HICAPS claim outage
We are aware some members experienced issues with HICAPS claiming at Extras providers yesterday, Monday 24 May.
We were able to work with our partners at HICAPS to rectify the issue and service has now resumed as usual. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
For members impacted, we recommend using the Members Online e-claim option, where you input your provider details, to submit your claim as this will be the quickest option to have your claims processed.
