Promotion Details:
- New members who join Westfund on any eligible Combined Hospital and Extras cover between 2 March 2026 and 3 May 2026 (inclusive) will receive 8 Weeks Free (see below terms for how the 8 weeks free is distributed).
- Existing members who have held eligible Extras only cover for at least 12 months who upgrade to eligible Combined Hospital and Extra cover between 2 March 2026 and 3 May 2026 (inclusive) will receive 8 Weeks Free (see below terms for how the 8 weeks free is distributed).
- People joining on this offer must maintain continuous eligible Westfund cover until the offer is fulfilled in its entirety.
- Limit of one 8 Week Free offer per membership.
8 weeks free distribution
- Eligible new and upgrading members will be issued 4 Weeks Free within 4 weeks after serving a 90-day review period, provided they have maintained an eligible level of cover since the start date of their policy and are up to date with payment.
- To receive a further 4 weeks free cover, you must hold your eligible Westfund cover for 14 months from the start date of your policy. The extra 4 weeks will be applied to your next payment after you complete 14 months of continuous cover.
The promotion is available to:
- New members or reactivated members after 12 months from date of cancellation of previous cover with Westfund who have joined eligible combined Hospital and Extras cover with Westfund by 3 May 2026.
- Existing Westfund members who have held Extras only cover for at least 12 months, upgrading to an eligible combined Hospital and Extras cover by 3 May 2026.
- New joins and upgrading members must have a start date between 2 March 2026 and 3 May 2026 (inclusive) on eligible cover with Westfund.
- Online joins who use promotion code JOINWF26
- New joins and upgrades through a Westfund Care Centre, Website or Contact Centre where the promotion is mentioned at the time of joining.
The promotion is not available for:
- Anyone being added to an existing Westfund membership.
- Members who have received our Refer a Friend, Galah or Dependants promotion.
- New joins who join through a broker.
- Any Westfund staff members.
- New joins who have received One Month Free, 6 Weeks Free or Gift Card promotion through a Corporate account.
- Members joining Hospital Only, Ambulance Only, Extras Only, Athlete, Corporate or Overseas products.
- Existing Extras only members on a Corporate account upgrading to Hospital and Extras cover.
- Existing members on Extras only who have held cover for less than 12 months.
- Members who join Westfund after 3 May 2026.
General Conditions:
- Westfund may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For memberships that have joined or upgraded before the Terms and Conditions are amended, their eligibility will not be affected.
- The 8 Weeks Free is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Waiting periods, if applicable, will apply.
- Westfund cannot be held responsible for late joins or upgrades.
