COVID-19 public health orders - keeping us safe

Our main priority is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our members, staff and communities.

That’s why we’re complying with a number of public health orders to protect us all as we work our way through COVID-19.

We’ve listed these measures below for both our NSW and Queensland locations.

NSW

QR code check-ins are no longer required when visiting our Dental, Eye Care and Care Centres
Face masks are no longer required in our Care Centres. However, visitors are encouraged to wear one if they are unable to maintain social distancing
Face masks remain mandatory when visiting our Eye Care and Dental Centres.

Queensland

QR code check-ins are no longer required when visiting our Mackay Eye Care and Care Centres
Face masks are no longer required when visiting our Care Centres. However, visitors are encouraged to wear one if they are unable to maintain social distancing
Face masks remain mandatory when visiting our Mackay Eye Care Centre.

Our staff and contractors will continue to comply with our COVID -19 policy, which includes mandatory vaccination.
