If you’re travelling overseas and need to see a doctor, your luggage has been delayed or your cash has been stolen call TravelCard on their 24/7 Global Assistance number +61 2 7909 2777 (it’s reverse charges). The team will be there to support you and approved claims can be paid directly to the TravelCard.

Of course, other claims happen when you are travelling, you can contact the 24/7 Global Assistance Team for assistance or contact the TravelCard claims team when you get home on 1300 123 112.
