How do I make a premium payment?

You can make your premium payment by calling our automated phone system on 1300 098 688 – available 24 hours a day, or you can simply make your payment online.

Please note that the payment will be applied to your membership within three business days. If you need to make an urgent payment, please call 1300 937 838 during business hours.

Before proceeding to make your payment, please ensure that you have the following information ready:

• Your email address (for online payment)
• Payment Reference number (BPAY number). This is displayed when you login to Members Online or on your payment notice that you may have received in the mail
• The payment amount you wish to make
• Mastercard or Visa Credit card details.
