How do I set up a direct debit?

Setting up a direct debit for your premium payments is simple. Login to Members Online and navigate to 'Billing Payments'. From there, select 'Switch to Direct Debit', choose your payment method (Bank Account or Credit Card) and payment frequency (Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly), then confirm your details to complete the process. 

Alternatively, you can use the Westfund App. Simply login, go to 'More', then tap of 'Billing Payments'. Select 'Switch to Direct Debit', follow the prompts, and confirm your details to finish.
