Penrith Panthers Membership Offer
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Panther Membership Offer 2027 for up to $500 credit towards Panthers membership when joining an eligible product.
By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Offer is promoted by Westfund Limited ABN 55 002 080 864 of 59 Read Ave, Lithgow NSW 2790 (“Promoter” or “Westfund”).
The Offer
The Offer consists of a Penrith Panthers Membership credit equivalent to $500 for couple and family policies and $200 for single policies, subject to the eligibility and fulfilment conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
The Offer runs from 12:01am AEST July 27, 2026, to 12:01am AEDT March 31, 2027.
Purchases made outside this period are not eligible.
To be eligible for the Offer, the policy must have a commencement effective date during the Offer Period.
The Offer applies to eligible products/services (Eligible Products). Eligible Products include all standard products/services offered by the Promoter, except for the following exclusions (Ineligible Products):
a. Any Basic Plus Hospital combined policies
b. Any Bronze Hospital combined policies
c. Any Bronze Plus Hospital combined policies
d. Any combined policies that include Dental saver Extras
e. Any combined policies that include Starter Extras
f. Hospital only policies
g. Ambulance only policies
h. Extras only policies
i. Athlete policies
j. Overseas policies
k. Corporate polices
The Offer is available only on eligible products/services when purchased through a Westfund Care Centre, the Westfund Website at Westfund.com.au or a Westfund Contact Centre.
Limit of one offer per membership.
This offer is only available for new Westfund memberships or reactivated Westfund memberships after 12 months from date of cancellation of previous cover with Westfund.
Eligible Member
To receive the Offer, Eligible Members must:
a. successfully purchase an Eligible Product during the Offer Period through an approved channel;
b. apply the promotion code PANTHERS27 at the time of joining via the Westfund website or mention the promotion when joining in-store or via the Contact Centre;
c. not be an employee of the Promoter;
d. not be added as a dependant or additional member to an existing policy;
e. maintain continuous, financial eligible cover for the duration of the 60 day review period.
f. not be purchasing a Corporate product, including a corporate partnership discount or membership where the employer contributes to the membership (partially or fully).
g. not be purchasing an Overseas, Athlete, Extras Only or Ambulance cover.
Distribution of Offer
Eligible Members will receive the Offer as follows:
a. The Penrith Panthers Membership credit will be applied after the member has maintained continuous, financial cover on an Eligible Product for 60 consecutive days from the policy commencement date (“Qualifying Period”), plus 14 days for administrative purposes.
b. For rolling and new Penrith Panthers RLFC memberships, the Penrith Panthers Membership refund/credit will be applied to the original payment method. Panthers Club will call the member directly to arrange the refund or credit.
c. Penrith Panthers RLFC Members can also use the respective Penrith Panthers Membership refund or credit towards a higher tier Penrith Panthers membership.
d. If a Penrith Panthers RLFC member is paying their membership by instalments, they must continue making instalment payments until completion of the Qualifying Period and administrative processing period. Any eligible refund will be provided for amount paid, up to the maximum value of the Offer.
e. The Penrith Panthers Membership refund/credit applies for a single season only.
General Conditions
Where a member fails to apply the promotion code at the time of joining, Westfund may, at its discretion, honour the Offer if the member notifies Westfund within 10 business days of the policy commencement date and provides all required details.
An Eligible Member may change their level of combined or packaged cover during the fulfilment period of the offer. The offer will reflect the level of eligible cover held at the time the benefit is applied.
The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Standard yearly limits, waiting periods, benefit claiming restriction, policy and fund rules apply.
If a member does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions, Westfund may, acting reasonably, elect not to award the Offer.
Proof of eligibility may be requested.
The Offer is not redeemable for cash and is not exchangeable or transferable.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time.
An otherwise valid membership will not be rendered invalid due to printing errors or other quality control matters.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late joins or processing delays that may result in ineligibility for the Offer.
Penrith Panthers RLFC membership prices are subject to change.
Privacy
Personal information will be collected and handled for the purpose of administering the Offer in accordance with Westfund’s Privacy Policy available at www.westfund.com.au/privacy-policy/.
By joining Westfund on this offer, Westfund will transfer the following data to Penrith Panthers RLFC: policy holder first name, surname, email address, mobile phone, and membership type – single or couples/family.
