How do I claim my doctor’s bills if I have an Overseas Policy?

Claiming your doctor’s bills is easy - just use our online services!

You can make a claim using Members Online or our app:

  • If you’re on the go, you can make a quick photo of your receipt and upload it to our app.
  • You can also lodge your claim online using Members Online. Sign in or register for Members Online today.

 

Alternatively, you can email your extras claim to [email protected] attaching your completed claim form and any relevant receipts.
