Here, you can view information about your cover and request a replacement card under ‘Membership Card’. A replacement card will be issued to you, and the corresponding digital card will be available within minutes through the Westfund App which can be used immediately. Alternatively, you can reach out via email or give us a call at 1300 937 838 to help you with getting a replacement membership card.
