How do I get a replacement membership card?

To request a replacement card, log in to Members Online and navigate to ‘Cover’. Here, you can view information about your cover and request a replacement card under ‘Membership Card’. 

A replacement card will be issued to you, and the corresponding digital card will be available within minutes through the Westfund App which can be used immediately.
