Purchasing sunglasses from our online catalogue

Westfund members can select a pair of sunglasses from the online catalogue. A Westfund Eye Care team member will call you on the number you’ve provided and confirm the availability of your selection. We’ll confirm the cost and the benefit available under your cover. We’ll get your verbal consent to process the order, process your sunglass benefit claim and then take payment for any out-of-pocket cost and postage. 

Note: Prescription lenses cannot be added to sunglasses purchased from the online catalogue.


We’ll ship your sunglasses within 5 to 7 business days, subject to stock availability. If your sunglasses are undeliverable, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery address. If we have not been able to contact you within 30 days, you will be refunded for the products within 10 days of that date.  All products are inspected prior to leaving Westfund. If the products are damaged during shipping, please contact the Westfund Eye Care team at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Guarantees required by Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If you encounter an issue with the quality or performance of your sunglasses, please contact the Westfund Eye Care team at [email protected].

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please make your selection carefully. Refund or exchange is not available for change of mind. If you are unsure about sizing or selection, please ask for advice when we call to confirm your selection.
