How do I change my password?

Forgot your password? Don’t worry, it happens. If you’ve forgotten your password, or simply want to update it, just click ‘Forgot Password?’ on the Members Online or app login page and following the instructions. If that doesn’t work, it means you haven’t registered before or may need to re-register. There’s an easy fix for this – simply register online.
