What is the Provider of Choice network and why should I use it?

We want to encourage our members to make full use of your benefits and have regular check-ups and preventative treatments. That’s why we’re proud to have a strong network of dental and physio providers who work with us to help lower or eliminate out-of-pocket costs on selected treatments.

What do I do if my provider is not a member of the Provider of Choice network?

You can still see your chosen provider. However, your out-of-pocket cost may be reduced if you see a Provider of Choice.

Can I only go to a Provider of Choice provider?

No. You can see any registered provider you like and receive a benefit. However, your out-of-pocket costs could be reduced by visiting a provider from the Providers of Choice network.
