Happy Westfund members want to spread the feeling, so they often tell their friends. But it's not just Feel Good Cover they're sharing - there's another bonus!
When a member refers a friend to Westfund and their friend joins on hospital only, extras only or any combination of hospital and extras products, they’ll both receive a $100 eGift Card each*. It’s that easy!

Want to refer a friend?
After speaking to your friend, you just need to wait for them to join Westfund on any combination of hospital and extras products. Tip – it will help if you share your membership number with your friend so they can let us know you’ve referred them.
Once your friend is officially a Westfund member and has passed the 90 day review period, you'll both be emailed a $100 eGift Card*.

We’ll need some details about you and the friend who referred you. You'll also need an email address so we can send you the eGift card*. You can fill out the form below, call us on 1300 937 838 or visit your local Westfund Care Centre
To qualify for the eGift card*, you’ll need to join Westfund on any combination of hospital and extras products. Unfortunately, this offer isn’t available on ambulance, overseas or corporate policies.

Terms and Conditions
- This offer is available to new and existing financial members of Westfund Health Insurance.
- New members must notify Westfund within 10 working days from their join date of the existing member’s details (referring member) to be eligible for the offer.
- Online joins must use promotion code RAF2024 to be eligible for the offer.
- Westfund employees and associated companies are ineligible to receive the offer.
- eGift cards are distributed after the new member has passed the 90 day review period and both members have maintained an eligible level of cover and are financial members of Westfund Health Insurance.
- eGift cards are distributed on a fortnightly basis and will be sent within 30 days of the review period finishing.
- The $100 eGift card will be delivered to the nominated email addresses of both the existing member and the new member.
- The eGift card is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The eGift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
- This offer is not available to new or existing members on Ambulance Only, Overseas or Corporate policies.
- The referred friend or family member must join through a Westfund Health Insurance sales channel; Care Centre, Westfund Website or Westfund Contact Centre.
- This offer is not available to new joins through a broker or corporate group.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
- This offer isn't available if someone is added to an existing Westfund membership.
- A new member is not eligible if they are on an existing Westfund membership.
- A new member is not eligible if they are re-activating their membership within 12 months from the date of cancellation of their previous Westfund membership.
- Westfund reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions or withdraw the offer at any time.
- For any memberships that are eligible for the offer before the Terms and Conditions are amended, their eligibility will not be affected.
- Printing errors and other quality control matters will not invalidate an otherwise valid membership.
- Waiting periods if applicable will apply.
- The new and existing member must have a valid email address to be eligible for the offer.
- The existing Westfund membership is eligible for a maximum of 5 eGift cards per calendar year.
- The Refer a Friend program is valid until 30 June 2024.
