We have agreements with most private hospitals across Australia. These ensure that an agreed schedule of fees (including inpatient accommodation, theatre and special unit accommodation fees) is charged by the hospital and paid for by Westfund on your behalf.
Your benefit entitlements will be affected by your level of cover. This affects the amount Westfund will reimburse to the hospital. We strongly recommend you contact our Member Services Team on 1300 937 838 to confirm your benefit entitlement before receiving hospital treatment.
If you choose a non-agreement hospital, you may incur out-of-pocket expenses for hospital related services irrespective of your level of cover.
