COVID-19 public health orders - keeping us safe

Our main priority is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our members, staff and communities.

That’s why we’re complying with a number of public health orders reintroducing measures to protect us all as we work our way through COVID-19.

We’ve listed these measures below for both our NSW and Queensland locations.

  • From Friday 24 December we’ll be asking visitors to all of our Centres to wear a mask
  • From Wednesday 29 December (when we re-open after Christmas), we also ask that you check-in using the QR code provided and comply with the one person per two square metre rule

  • We’re complying with public health orders by asking visitors to wear a face mask in all of our Queensland Care Centres

Our staff and contractors will continue to comply with our COVID -19 policy, which includes mandatory vaccination.
