Please note: your usernames and passwords for the app and members online will be different for each service. Your Members Online login details won't work for the app - each member will need to register.
You'll need your Westfund card for your login details.
Your username is made up of your member number and your dependant number (the number next to your name on the card).
eg. If your member number is 1000 and your dependant number is 1, your username is 1000-1.
You can make an Extras claim or Medical (in hospital) claim through the App.
Yes, provided that they're over 16 years of age. For more information on children using the app see "Can my children make a claim on the app?".
Yes, provided they're over 16 and have their own login, a child can only make a claim for their own services on the app.
Yes, eClaiming through Members Online is still available.

App claims are quick and easy for you to complete - there's no need to send in physical copies of your receipt.
Claims made through the app will also be prioritised.
The Westfund App is available both on Apple's App Store and Google Play. It's available for smart phones and tablets.
