As COVID-19 continues to evolve and impact our lives in unexpected ways, Westfund is focused on helping you manage your health and financial wellbeing throughout this challenging time.
That’s why we’ve recently announced the extension of our COVID-19 support for members – with programs now available until the end of 2020 so that you can continue to access programs and support that will keep you healthy, safe and connected.
- COVID-19 cover – hospital cover for admissions related to COVID-19 for all eligible members; extended until at least 31 December
- We know some are facing difficult financial decisions, which is why we’ve extended our COVID-19 Financial Hardship suspension program. The program will run until the end of the year
- Continued access to our Health and Wellbeing program suite – Care Connected will become an ongoing program and extension of MindStep Online CBT until at least 31 December. This is in addition to our ongoing Health and Wellbeing Programs
- We’ve extended the ability for members to claim for virtual consultations for psychology, physio, occupational therapy and a range of other allied health services until at least the end of the year. We are encouraging members to continue to access these services (with registered providers) to continue to look after their health.
And, we’re continuing to monitor developments across Australia to ensure we’re doing all we can to meet our members’ needs today, while preparing for what the future may hold.
Our Care Centres remain open across NSW and Queensland with all government recommended safety procedures in place.
