We’re performing routine maintenance to our systems this Sunday 22 May between 10 am and 6 pm. Some member services will be impacted during this period, including:
- Members Online and our App will be temporarily unavailable during the scheduled outage
- Our online Get a Quote and Join Tool will also be temporarily unavailable.
- Members with scheduled Extras appointments won’t be able to make on the spot claims using HICAPs during the outage. Members that have a service booked early Sunday morning will need to pay for the service in full with their provider and submit a claim using Members Online or our App from 6 pm Sunday 22 May.
We understand how inconvenient this is for members and will do our best to limit the time our systems are down to minimise disruption. If you have questions, you can call our Member Care team between 8 am – 5 pm AEST Monday – Friday.
