All eligible adults listed on a policy during the financial year receive an individual tax statement. Your partner (if applicable) will be listed on your statement, as will any adult who was on the policy during the financial year. Please note: dependant children (up to the age of 25) will not be issued with a tax statement.
Please contact us if a dependant requires proof of hospital cover.
Your tax statement for the 2017-2018 financial year will be sent by Friday 13 July.
If you have elected to receive correspondence via email, you can simply log in to Members Online to access your statement. We’ll send you an email to advise you that it’s ready to view. If you haven’t yet registered for Members Online, you’ll need to do this before you can access your statement.
If you have elected to receive correspondence via post, we will send it to you along with your Membership Cover Details Summary.
You will receive a separate statement for each fund.
If you have registered for Members Online, you will find previous statements in your correspondence.
Alternatively, call us on 1300 937 838 to organise a copy.
An amount of $0 means that you did not make a payment in that financial year. Your statement will still show the number of days you were covered.
We don’t collect or retain information relating to your income, therefore your rebate tier will not be included in your statement.
